Yoga All Levels LIVE ONLINE
Combining the physicality with guidance of breath-work, mindfulness & meditation will give you the possibility to cultivate a positive physical & mental well-being.
Yoga classes accessible for all levels LIVE ONLINE ONLY WITH RECORDINGS AVAILABLE FOR 2 DAYS POST CLASS. Whether you attend live or not, the recordings will be uploaded to your Yoga by Karma Punchpass with access for 2 days post class. These classes offer multiple modifications of postures & movement giving you the option to adapt your yoga practice to suit your needs. Style of yoga varies with each teacher. See the teacher profiles for further information. Class themes, content and style are repeated 2 weeks in a row, giving you the opportunity to practise your yoga with more confidence. Over 16s only please. A beginners yoga course is recommended before attending these classes, but not necessary. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

When participating 'live' you have the option to be on camera or not, but we kindly ask for you to mute yourself during class, unless you have a question throughout.
To access your recording:
1. Sign into your Yoga by Karma Punchpass here: https://yogabykarma.punchpass.com/classes
2. Click on your 'content library' tab.
3. Click on 'your videos' where you should find your class to click and play.
4. Watch and participate as many times as you like within the 2 days.
5. If you run into any technical issues, or there is something wrong with the recording, please email [email protected]. WE do our best to get things right, but human or technical errors can occur.
