For beginners to learn the basic foundations of yoga, focusing on an introduction into anatomical alignment in easeful postures, movement, breath, and mindfulness-meditation. You don't need to be flexible or strong to do yoga! Your teacher will guide your mind, & body giving you options that suit your abilities and needs (if communicated prior to class, some injuries can be worked around). Classes are repeated two weeks in a row, giving you the opportunity to practise your yoga with more confidence while reaping some yoga goodness. With regular practice this goodness can include benefits such as an increase of strength & mobility, improvement in balance & coordination and a calmer mind leading to less stress!!! Your live online class recording is available for 2 days post class, giving you the option to revisit your class should you run into any technical difficulties or personal issues.
Your teacher will be present 15 minutes before and after class via video for chat, questions, or feedback.
