What is Mysore?
Mysore-style is the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga. Students practice together in the same room, at their own pace, sometimes with one-on-one guidance from the teacher when available.
BUT, you don't need to know the style of Ashtanga or any others to work on your personal yoga goals. All you need is a dose of motivation to get into a style that suits your needs. This practice is directed BY YOU! You could even savasana or practice meditation the entire class should you choose.
