A newly developed well-rounded beginners course in our serene studio where you'll mindfully learn foundation yoga postures, movement sequences, breath-work, and guided mediation progressing over 9 weeks. Whether your goal is to build strength, increase mobility/flexibility, and/or de-stress, this course is designed for all. Your highly qualified, experienced & authentically passionate yoga teacher encourages body autonomy while offering guidance to suit your individual needs alongside exploring anatomical alignment. With multiple options & modifications throughout your classes, you'll discover a yoga practice for YOU. By the end of the course, you'll be able to connect with other like-minded souls & take away a yoga practice & wellbeing toolbox to draw upon outside the studio & into your daily life.
Remember you don’t need to be flexible or strong to do yoga, & some injuries can be worked around!!!

- If you cannot make the day and time, you can still book & receive the recordings and resources.

- Should you miss a class, recordings are available to all participants including those in studio, for the duration of your course.
- You'll be emailed handouts & resources each week relating to your course to assist with your home practice.
- Access to our online Yoga by Karma Punchpass content library with other short video tutorials.
- With the same people each week (Max 7/in studio) there is an opportunity to connect with others and receive as much personalised attention as you like.
