Continue to build your yoga foundations. Suitable for those who have completed our beginners yoga course OR those who have had attended some previous yoga, stretch & release, or pilates type classes. You’ll build upon and refine your yoga with more postures, flow sequences, mindful alignment, breath awareness & meditation. By dedicating yourself to your wellbeing, you’ll continue to increase flexibility, strength & coordination while de-stressing, unwinding & relaxing... ultimately adding to your well-being toolbox.
