A well-rounded beginners course in our serene studio where you'll mindfully learn foundation yoga postures, movement sequences, breath-work, and guided mediation progressing over 9 weeks. Whether your goal is to build strength, increase mobility/flexibility, and/or de-stress, this course is designed for all. Your highly qualified, experienced and authentically passionate teacher, Karma, encourages body autonomy while offering personalised guidance to suit your individual needs alongside exploring anatomical alignment. With multiple options and modifications throughout your classes, you'll discover a yoga practice for YOU. By the end of the course, you'll be able to connect with other like-minded souls and take away a yoga practice & wellbeing toolbox to draw upon outside the studio & into your daily life.

Remember you don’t need to be flexible or strong to do yoga, & some injuries can be worked around!!!

  • Reservations:
    • 6 spots available IN STUDIO at Alert Level 2  
    • 8 spots available IN STUDIO at Alert Level 1
    • 4 spots available LIVE ONLINE
    • First come first serve
  • If you cannot make the day and time, you can still book and receive the recordings and resources.
  • All classes will be streamed live online from the studio & recorded.
  • Should you miss a class, recordings are available to all participants including those in studio, for the duration of your course. 
  • You'll be emailed handouts and resources each week relating to your course to assist with your home practice.
  • Access to our online Punchpass content library with other short video tutorials.
  • With the same people each week (Max 8/in studio) there is an opportunity to connect with others and receive as much personalised attention as you like.
  • Option to join our Yoga by Karma VIP Facebook group where there even more resources available.

Please note the terms and conditions outlined in the pass before payment of the course - $170. Should the studio be mandated to shut due to Covid-19 Alert Level restrictions (Level 3 & 4) the course will still continue live online for all participants, therefore no refunds or transfers will be given.
