Beginners Yoga Course LIVE ONLINE

A well-rounded beginners course LIVE ONLINE where you'll mindfully learn foundation yoga postures, movement sequences, breath-work, guided mediation & yoga principles progressing over 9 weeks. Whether your goal is to build strength, increase mobility/flexibility, and/or de-stress, this course is designed for all. Your highly qualified and authentically passionate teacher, Karma, encourages body autonomy, offering guidance to suit your individual needs. With multiple options and modifications you'll discover a yoga practice for you. By the end of the course, you'll be able to take away a yoga practice & wellbeing toolbox to draw upon outside the studio & off your mat.

Remember you don’t need to be flexible or strong to do yoga, & some injuries can be worked around!!!

Notes:
  • 6 Spots available LIVE ONLINE.
  • If you cannot make the day and time, you can still book and receive the recordings and resources.
  • All classes will be streamed live online from the studio & recorded.
  • Should you miss a class, recordings are available to all participants for the duration of your course. 
  • You'll be emailed handouts & resources each week relating to your course to assist with your practice.
  • Access to our online Punchpass content library with other short tutorials.
  • Classes will be held in studio at the same time, however, Karma will still be able top engage you throughout the class
  • You will not be seen or heard by participants in studio
  • Option to join our Yoga by Karma VIP Facebook group where there even more resources available.
