Beginners Yoga Course

A well-rounded beginners course in studio where you'll mindfully learn foundation yoga postures, movement sequences, breath-work, guided mediation & yoga principles progressing over 9 weeks. Whether your goal is to build strength, increase mobility/flexibility, and/or de-stress, this course is designed for all. Your highly qualified and authentically passionate teacher, Karma, encourages body autonomy, offering personalised guidance to suit your individual needs. With multiple options and modifications you'll discover a yoga practice for you, while connecting with other like-minded souls. By the end of the course, you'll be able to take away a yoga practice & wellbeing toolbox to draw upon outside the studio & off your mat.

Remember you don’t need to be flexible or strong to do yoga, & some injuries can be worked around!!!

Notes:
  • 8 Spots available in studio.
  • If you cannot make the day and time, you can still book and receive the recordings and resources.
  • All classes will be streamed live online from the studio & recorded.
  • Should you miss a class, recordings are available to all participants including those in studio, for the duration of your course. 
  • You'll receive handouts & resources each week relating to your course to assist with your home practice.
  • Access to our online Punchpass content library with other short tutorials.
  • With the same people each week (Max 8/in studio, Max 6/live online) there is an opportunity to connect with others and receive as much personalised attention as you like.
  • Option to join our Yoga by Karma VIP Facebook group where there even more resources available.
  • Learn from a certified & qualified yoga teacher who's true passion is to bring about a healthy physical and mental wellbeing. 
  • There will be no classes held on Labour Day Monday, October 26th.
