Yoga Classes for experienced yogis or yoginis IN STUDIO.
For those of you who would further like to develop your practice in a more challenging class. You'll dive deeper with more complex asanas, transitions and/or flow. Guided awareness of pranayamas, mindfulness/meditation including chakras will continue to cultivate your understanding and practice of yoga.
Note:
- Classes maybe combined with the Intermediate Yoga Course participants.
- As this is a casual class in studio, recordings will not be made available
- Classes vary with each teacher, as they all have their own styles. See the teacher profiles for more information .
- Previous experience with yoga required.
- Over 16s only please.
