Casual Flow Yoga Classes (sometimes known as 'Vinyasa' or 'Power Yoga') in studio at Yoga by Karma are dynamic; integrating the mind, body, breath & movement through sequences and postures. This class can include first timers to yoga, however, you MUST HAVE a good level of general health and fitness, as this class is an intermediate - advanced level. It is a unique form of moving meditation that develops mental and physical mindfulness. As the class progresses, your yoga teacher will demonstrate and encourage you to establish sequences and postures that suit your ability and body's needs. You will also be given options to include binds and extensions to poses throughout your yoga. After an end of practice savasana (meditation), you will feel rejuvenated, rebalanced, energised ultimately creating an inner calmness. With consistent practice you will experience many other benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, stamina, and cardio fitness. Over 16s only please.
