Yoga classes in our studio. Casual Beginners Flow Yoga Classes (sometimes known as 'Vinyasa' or 'Power Yoga') are dynamic. You'll be introduced to integrating the mind, body, breath & movement through basic sequences and postures. It is a unique form of moving meditation that develops mental and physical mindfulness. As the class progresses, your yoga teacher will demonstrate and encourage you to establish yoga that suits your ability and body's needs. After an end of practice savasana (guided meditation), you will feel rejuvenated, rebalanced, energised, & de-stressed. With consistent practice you will experience many other benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, stamina, and cardio fitness. Over 16s only please.
