Come join this small gathering of humans where Anna guides you through gentle meditation & breath-work (45min). Along with the invitation to indulge in a cuppa at the end of practice (15min). During your cuppa you're given the opportunity to participate in heart-sharing conversation, that encourages active listening, while allowing for personal reflection.

This is a beautiful opportunity to expand or practice meditation, connect with your breath and  emotional energies within a loving, and supportive group guided by your lovely teacher.

Who is Annah?

Our in house yoga teacher, who is truly patient and compassionate. She has a passion for human behaviour and has studied psychology for 4 years, along with experience in teaching yoga and leading guided mediation and sharing circles. She understands the importance of mind-body-spirit practices, aiming to integrate academic knowledge with the beautiful ancient teachings of yoga.
