Yoga Restorative IN STUDIO

Quiet your mind, calm and soothe your soul in this tranquil session that is designed to slow you down and nurture your physical & mental wellbeing. Blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps & balls are used to support your body to eliminate any unnecessary straining. This yoga practice will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed & renewed… be prepared to de-stress & float away. Definitely a favourite for our regulars! Props are supplied for FREE. No previous experience required, so absolute beginners are welcomed and your teacher will always give you modifications to ensure your needs are being met. 16 years or older please.
